Duration: 01+ Years Contract
We are in need of three Data Analysts with Healthcare experience supporting Healthcare projects. Experience with EMR/EHR is a huge plus and candidates with that experience will have preference. This is a phone and Skype to hire. Candidates with a LinkedIn profile preferred but not required. The client has indicated there could be some flexibility in rate so please send to me even if they are over the target.

Job Description:
The Enterprise Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity of data used to support the business projects including Quality Reporting, Revenue Cycle efforts and other Performance Improvement initiatives. The Enterprise Data Analyst will work with all lines of business as well as IT to collect an maintain the data related to Quality and Revenue Cycle projects.
Responsibilities:
• Conducts analysis of ERP logical & data flow, Revenue Cycle, Pay for Performance and other key Quality datasets.
• Support quality reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities for improvement in databases, data sets, and reports utilized by the organization
• Create and maintain an enterprise data map for all operational data and data systems throughout the organization.
• Works with different departments internally to define reporting needs
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Data Flow Analysis
• Proficiency in Data Mapping/Source to Target Mapping
• Proficiency in producing ER diagrams
• Ability to communicate effectively
Education:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A) from four-year college or university.
