Purge of permits data?

I noticed that most permits related to demolition have been deleted from the `permits` database.  I was curious what happened?  The `demolitions` table still references them with its `caseorpermitnumber`. 

It looks like because of all the missing data parts of the LI website are broken now too. Here's an example:

https://li.phila.gov/contractor-permit-lookup/search?searchTerm=DP-2023-001004

The search brings up a permit that can't be clicked on because it's been deleted.

I have a download of old demo permits, as of 2019-01-01 if that would help.
