recent OpenDataPhilly updates - July 2024

OpenDataPhilly community,

Below is a brief summary of changes that have been made in the OpenDataPhilly catalog over the past month:

Updated data sets - the following data sets have recently been updated:

• Large Building Energy Benchmarking - new Energy Dashboard and annual datasets - https://opendataphilly.org/datasets/large-building-energy-benchmarking-data/ - the old dashboard has been replaced with an ArcGIS visualization and annual releases are available for 2013-2021
• Historic Ward Divisions - the City responded to an open records request for the intermediate ward divisions for 2016 - 2019. I've aggregated these to Wards and posted both data sets at https://opendataphilly.org/datasets/historic-political-wards-divisions/

New data sets and applications

• Existing Trails - a new data set focused on documenting existing traps within the City - https://opendataphilly.org/datasets/existing-trails/
• School Property Parcels - polygons representing the boundaries of school properties - https://opendataphilly.org/datasets/schools-parcels/
