Here's the CoP from GMPTE, just let me have the details where it says "YOUR NAME" etc. and I'll get the URL over to you.

This process will change in the next day or so and so keep an eye on:

Hi Paul,

As this URL is down, does that mean there is currently no access to
the data?

Is there any news on this? I suspect it has more to do with something
breaking and people being on holiday than a deliberate move. Does
anyone know if there have been any updates to the data since 20100810?

Hi,

I'm really keen on looking into all this and playing with the data,
but still can't get access to it?

Can anyone help? It's a little disappointing really.
