Does OFSTED keep a register of private tutors

Hi,

Does anyone know if OFSTED keeps a register of private tutors? I have looked but can't seem to find one, I would of assumed that they would have to be registered somewhere.

I don't believe there's any requirement to register, similar to teachers in private schools.
