Checking in and announcement of new Discourse server for Open Data Manchester

Hi All,

Like a remotely wandering space probe that has just transited the heliosphere this is a check in to say that we will be restarting the group discussions and announcements on a newly configured Discourse server linked to the Open Data Manchester website. I will post an announcement when we have properly spun it up and hope to see you there.
