Hello all.

Just a quick note, we have a list of projects using Open-Data-Catalog
in our github wiki (https://github.com/azavea/Open-Data-Catalog/wiki).
We'd like to keep that list up-to-date, so drop us a note when your
project is publicly available and we'll add it to the list.

Hi Carissa,

Jim Craner here, 2012 Code for America Fellow working with the City of
Santa Cruz. We'll be evaluating ODC and CKAN this spring for use in
Santa Cruz as the City works to launch a pilot open data portal.

Could you or someone from Azavea tell us about your company's
relationship to ODC and any future involvement/support planned? Is it
like a one-off that you've released and it's up to the community to
take it? Or more of a long-term open source product that you'll be
maintaining on behalf of the community? Something else?

Jim - Brigade is actually hosting a hangout with Azavea this Thursday at 4pm PST to hear about Open San Diego and Open Chattanooga's experience standing up ODC and start strategizing a path forward for add'l work.

I'll invite you now. That's an open invite to anyone on this list - pls let me know if you'd like to join.

Jack, please add me as well. We're hacking out a forked version of ODC
soon for the Milwaukee Data Initiative, and our regular meetup is at
4pm PST on Thursdays.
