Dear OpenCV GSoC Team,

I'm Snigdha Reddy Nannuri, a Master’s student in Data Science at the University of North Texas, graduating in May 2025. I’m writing to express interest in the **Quantized Models for OpenCV Model Zoo** project listed for GSoC 2025.

This aligns closely with my past experience — I’ve trained and optimized deep learning models using **TensorFlow**, **PyTorch**, and CNNs, including:
- A **satellite image classification** project that improved accuracy by 35% via ensemble models and augmentation
- An **Azure-powered AI assistant** for sustainable agriculture using GPT + computer vision + real-time analytics

I’m confident I can contribute quantized versions of object detection, pose estimation, or OCR models, benchmark them, and submit them to the model zoo as outlined in the project idea.

Due to F1 visa rules, I’ll be available to start coding from **July 6**, but I’m fully available during the bonding period and can use an **extended timeline** if needed.

Would it be possible to connect with the mentor(s) for this project or start contributing on GitHub? I'd be grateful for any guidance to align my proposal with the team’s goals.

Thanks so much for your time and the work you do for the community!

Warm regards,
Snigdha Reddy Nannuri
