Eager to Contribute in GSoC'25 with OpenCV

Dear OpenCV Team,

I am Guoxin Wei, an undergraduate student at the Southern University of Science and Technology in China. My team and I developed a robotic automatic aiming system using OpenCV for a robotics competition, which has deepened my familiarity with OpenCV and sparked my desire to contribute to its development.

I have long admired OpenCV's significant contributions to the field of Computer Vision and am eager to join the OpenCV community. 

I am particularly interested in Idea 13 and Idea 14 for the upcoming Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2025.

I look forward to the opportunity to contribute and grow within the OpenCV community.
