GSOC Proposal Submission Issue

I have been analysing and studing documents for this project for the past month and finally was able to draft a proposal but due misunderstanding between timezones I have missed to submit my proposal. I really wish to join this communtiy as a contributor and i would be very disheartened if i am unable to atleast participate in this due to a mere misundertsanding.
I would really appreciate if this issue of mine is solved as soon as possible.
