Interest in 'Synchronized multi camera video recorder' for OpenCV

Hello,

My name is Ayush Sawnani and I am currently a computer science student at Rutgers University. I came across OpenCV as one of the accepted organizations for Google's Summer of Code, and I was really excited to see that I could potentially be able to contribute. Right now, I am using OpenCV to detect hand gestures for skipping through songs on Spotify for an easier workflow.

I came across the Synchronized multi camera video recorder project and I would love to be able to contribute. I have previous coursework in Systems Programming and Computer Architecture which both allowed me to gain proficiency in C/C++. I also have learned about x86 assembly.

I understand that I am really cutting it close to the deadline, but I do believe that I have what it takes to be a solid contributor. Let me know if you are free anytime this week for a quick 10-15 minute call to chat more about the project, if you are available.
