[IDEA 8] - Do code samples have to be pure OpenCV?

I have a question regarding IDEA 8: Revise/improve Text & Digit Recognition Samples

Can I implement models from other frameworks like Tensorflow or PyTorch and then load them from OpenCV?

Or the code samples have to be purely made from OpenCV library

the models are supposed to be trained using Tensorflow, PyTorch of Caffe
