SHIFT in GSOC timeline

The timeline for GSOC has been shifted but OpenCV wiki mentions the old timeline, while writing the proposal which one should I follow?

I don't see any shifting. Gsoc states students application period is 16-31  March 16 - 31, 2020.

"Students can register and submit their applications to mentor organizations. All proposals must be submitted by March 31, 2020 20:00 (Central European Summer Time)."

In the new timeline, the coding period begins on June1 where as earlier it was 18th may
