Child process has died

Hello all,

We are having an issue that ocpu continually throws a "child process died" error much like this github issue: https://github.com/opencpu/opencpu/issues/245. We are not using rJava or that package. We are using formr to deploy survey software that calls the ocpu API to display the survey and do calculations for customization in the background (i.e., sampling based on previous survey answers). We've been running opencpu 2.2 for over a year and just suddenly started having these problems.

I have tried increasing the size of limit, nproc, and even timeouts for get/post because the code could be slow. Any other ideas?
