New snapshot and docker container available

This is just to let you know that a new OpenCOR snapshot and docker container have been released.

This snapshot improves various minor things such as:

• supporting files encoded using UTF-8 with BOM (see here);
• the retrieval, in a Python script, of a variable using <component>/<variable>[/prime...]​ rather than <component>[/<subComponent>[/<subSubComponent>...]]/<variable>/[/prime...]​ (see here);
  
• fixing an issue with the piecewise function (see here)

Various third-party libraries have also been updated and so has the way we do on-the-fly compilation (see here).

Please consider this snapshot as a beta version for OpenCOR 0.7. So, please, give it a try and don’t hesitate to report any issue that you might have with it.
