New snapshot and docker container available

Dear all, 

This is just to let you know that a new OpenCOR snapshot and docker container have been released. 

Changes are:

• CSV data store: export data with more precision (see issue #2791).
• CVODE solver: improved the computation of rates (see issue #2784).
• Graph Panel widget: fixed an issue with the range of some plots' axes not getting set properly (see issue #2795).
• Python support: added a way to release values (retrieved as a NumPy array) that are not needed anymore (see issue #2798).

Please, give it a (very good) try and report any issue that you might have with it.
