New snapshot and docker container available

Dear all,

This is just to let you know that a new OpenCOR snapshot and docker container have been released.

This snapshot is really for our Windows users since it fixes an issue with our Python-related scripts (see issue #2811).

Please, give it a (very good) try and report any issue that you might have with it.
