I am in the odd position of having just been taken into service by a
master and being unable to add my master to the new collar he chose
for me. When I click on the Add Owner button, the message I receive
is: "Sorry, only an owner can do that." When I click on the List
Owners button, no names of owners are listed. I vaguely remember
ending service with a master some time ago and merely deleting the
collar on which he had been listed as owner. Neither of us then
realized that the ownership information went to the website and is
held there, so he did not bother to remove himself from my collar as
owner. So I suspect that that master's name remains in the Open Collar
system as that of my owner and it is now blocking me from adding my
new master to my collar. Even when I try to add my master as a second
owner, I get the same message: "Sorry, only an owner can do that." Is
there a solution to this problem? I may be wrong about the cause, but
this is the only cause I can think of. Any help, please?
