Other grid decision for OpenCollar in the future.

Our apologies, but our test phase of trying to have OpenCollar be in
other grids has not worked due to mainly other issues out of our
control. Mostly it has been missing script dependencies and/or grid
stability.

Putting any sort of presence on another grid was an experiment. It
was a good try, but at this point, OpenCollar won't be setting up or
maintaining any free OpenCollar databases at this time other than the
SL grid.

Considering that everyone that works for us is volunteer who works for
tips this is a wise decision to focus our volunteers work in the
future.

As OpenCollar scripts that are used in the collars and cuffs are Open
Source, if any determined individuals really wanted to, they can
modify things in the scripts on a new grid. And always on any grid,
you can modify the notecard to set the owner, bypassing the database
completely.
