Blocking IM's from just one avatar

Is there a chat command or menu device I'm missing that would allow me
to block my sub from receiving IM's from one particular avatar
instead of locking her from everyone?

She doesn't want/can't mute him because of work but she does not want
him to be able to IM her.

Edit: or so I could add more than one allowed exception form an IM
restriction. So her boss could contact her from work if needed but
everyone else would remain blocked
