Hands on opencog - guidance

Hi, esteemed learned persons and scientists , i am putting my efforts in creating a model in opencog which checks the health of a laptop. Like battery health, memory health, camera health etc.

Inputs: health of laptop including all parts of laptop.

Output: suppose, if health is not good for camera, it should say that “ camera is not working, please diagnose” and hit diagnose production rule.

Can you all please guide me through, how shall i start from scheme or atomese ? if any tutorial video etc.
