Is OpenCOG and GBKR & Conceptual Graphs is fully equivalent ?

Is OpenCOG and GBKR & Conceptual Graphs is fully equivalent (so opencog is GBKR system implementation) ?

I try to google opencog + gbkr and surprizely don't find any links, but this approaches look fully equivalent .

Conceptual graphs have a lot in common with the crisp-logic subset of
OpenCog's knowledge representation...
