With the possible exception of the docker images specified in cogserver, embodiment, perception and minecraft images, the rest are used. Just follow the README  @ https://github.com/opencog/docker/blob/master/opencog/README.md

Updated images can be pulled from https://hub.docker.com/r/opencog/.

Something like

docker run -d opencog-dev
git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/opencog/external-tools.git
cd external-tools ; npm start
browser -tabs http://localhost:9000 https://github.com/opencog/tutorial/

cd external-tools/glimpse ; npm install ; npm start

the hard part of using opencg is not starting docker, but is learning what it is and does. Mostly, its a big box of parts, so you will need to learn what each part does, and then assemble the parts to do whatever it is you want them to do. What is it that you want to do?
