Thanks for the timely reminder. The usual person who puts our GSoC
applications together hasn't been very active in OpenCog for a while,
so your email is a good prompt for me to put in a submission.
According to this timetable we have until March 11:

So I'll keep that date in mind. We'll apply for GSoC but it is of
course ultimately Google's decision on whether we are part of it ;-)
