time to fill out final evaluations

Hi,

Just a reminder to all OpenCog GSoC students: you gotta log into the
lovely GSoC interface and fill out your final evaluations (and your
mentors will be doing the same for you; some already have...)

I believe this is a requirement for getting paid, so don't forget.
The deadline is some specific time on the 24th US Pacific time, but
you may as well do it before that...

Thanks all for participating; a lot of great stuff has gotten done this year!!
