Petition to get OpenCog into GSoC 2010

Hi all,

OpenCog was not accepted for GSoC 2010, so based on the suggestions
from some others I created a petition for those who are interested to
convince GSoC to reverse their decision. It's here, so add your name
if you wish

[It's an etherpad doc, so you can add your name and info without
login. It's really quick.]

If enough names accumulate quickly enough, I will send it to Leslie
Hawthorn, the admin, and see what her reaction is.

Frankly, I don't think it's too likely she'll reverse her decision --
BUT, I think it's more likely that it will make an impression on her,
that will lead us to get re-included in 2011. And even about 2010 ...
you never know ;-)
