Hello,
Judging from this #Reopening public forum announcement (below), there is a pretty good chance that a quorum of my fellow members on the Economic Development Committee (and 40 other committees) will attend this remote meeting (and I won't be able to tell if they are).
Should there be a warning, at the beginning of the forum, that any member of any public body of the Town might be violating OML if they spoke about something related to their committee's area of interest?
What would need to happen for this forum to be open to all public comment .. including all members of committees .. and not be in violation of OML?
best,
Stephen Buckley
