Hello,

In anticipation of the public release of the various proposals by developers in response to the Town of Chatham's request for proposals (RFP) for Affordable/Attainable Housing on the three (3) acres of the former Buckley property in West Chatham, I am providing two (two) concept drawings that were created after the RFP deadline.

Here is a link (below) to two concept drawings for the former Buckley property (1533 Main Street, West Chatham) that were produced for summer-resident Phil Richardson by his architect John Worden.

The are two (2) concepts presented .. one is for 31 units .. and the other is for 36 units (some of which is attached housing):
