success cases with positive phase contrast?

First I'd like to thank the creator of this open source software. 

I also want to ask whether anyone has successfully used this software with a positive phase contrast microscope? I've read a post by Jesús (https://groups.google.com/g/opencasa_mailinglist/c/79NUjmqFCHk/m/2IGoIX9YAQAJ) that inverting the image may work, and another post by Angie (https://groups.google.com/g/opencasa_mailinglist/c/xMQKgNEFlXo/m/YJUdkRsCBQAJ) about her case. I was wondering if there are any other people that have used positive phase contrast successfully with OpenCASA? I am buying our first phase contrast microscope and the negative version is a bit hard to find. So any success stories with the positive Ph would make me more confident to choose that. Any other advice on what aspects I should be looking for in choosing the microscope is also greatly appreciated!
