Hi Diego,
I believe it should work on these platforms, as far as ImageJ/Fiji does so. In any case, if you could provide a more detailed description of your setup and what it happened (it it produces any screen or file output, error messages, settings, etc.).
A recurrent problem which arose with the last versions of ImageJ (or maybe Java?) is that OpenCASA stopped working, resulting in NA in the parameters or no response if analysing full folders. I hope we can look into it in the future!
There is a workaround for that. You go to
https://wsr.imagej.net/distros/ and then download an older version of ImageJ (I believe v. 1.53e should work, around 2020 or 2021). Since ImageJ does not need installation, you can uncompress anywhere, follow the steps for it to work (a bit tricky in OSX because of security) and install javaml and OpenCASA on that (opening container and all that). Then, run it and it should be fine. When you go back to your updated ImageJ installation, it should work.
Sometimes, you have to try a couple of times with old versions before it works. I have done that on Mac and Windows and I could solve the problem.
Another reason for OpenCASA not working (I don't believe it is your case) is that you have hidden files or folders (or anything not related to avi or OpenCASA output) in your folders. Then, individual analysis is fine, but folder analysis cannot progress. In that case, you have to show all files and remove those (I believe you could do that with Finder, but I find the Terminal more practical for that).
Of course, it could be a settings problem. Sometimes, trying extreme settings helps finding where the problem is.
Best wishes,
Felipe
