Hi Carlos and OpenCasa Developer Team.
My question is, are you preprocessing your images(videos)?
The images we take from our site are different from your images.(I have attached a sample of our and yours image).
Our Device Specifications :
Olympus BX41
camera: MSHOT MD30

Hi,
It seems that you are using positive phase contrast with a higher
magnification (20X?).
I believe (maybe Carlos can confirm) that you could use it with the 20X,
but the plugin is optimized for negative contrast. Maybe it won't work
well with this kind of optics. Anyway, you would benefit from a higher
contrast, the image is pretty dark.
