OpenCASA for Marmoset sperm

Hi, I am Debarun and currently working on Marmoset sperm motility tracking. Any cell size recommendations for this specific species . 

Also I have the same issue of not getting any trajectories in Win 11 but it is working on a specific use in Mac. Do you have any solution for this. Please find my sample image attached herewith which can be tracked in OpenCASA under a specific user on Mac but not in Win 11.

Hi,
There is no difference among platforms. Maybe you can check if the
settings are exactly the same.
We are not working with marmoset. Maybe you can check in the
bibliography. Another option is using ImageJ itself to measure sperm
head area (either setting the proper scale in ImageJ or transforming the
value pixels to µm).
It might be useful if you indicate your affiliation, for keeping track
of OpenCASA usage and maybe you have other users nearby for help.

Hi  Jesús and Felipe,

Thank you so much for your response. 

 The scaling of our microscope is 0.32  µm/px and I have tried that too. 

The strange thing is that the settings are the same on Mac and Win11. Nevertheless, ImageJ (Fiji) in only one MAC user is able to track the video, not the other. I would appreciate it if you could share the old ImageJ download link with me so I can try that.
