Hello,
I am Sertan, try to work on OpenCASA for my master thesis on spermatozoa of some fishes. My issues is with motility. When try to Test-Data there is no problem with it but with some videos I get NaN, Also Particle Analyzer, threshold not set; Assumed to be 255-255. I do not now how to fix it. Is it because of the video or with OpenCASA.

Hi Sertan,
I added the issue to the group presentation. This is a known bug,
OpenCASA resists working with recent ImageJ versions.
You must download a 2020 or previous version, install and run OpenCASA
on that. Afterwards, OpenCASA should run.
Recently, Dhiraj reported that v. 1.51k corrected the issue. You can go
to https://wsr.imagej.net/distros/ to download it.
