Hi all,
I've been trying to use OpenCASA for sperm motility but I haven't been able to detect any trajectories on my videos. I've tried the CASA plug in created by Jonas Wilson-Leedy and Rolf Ingermann in which I have been able to detect some tracks. Wilson and Ingermann plug in requires a previous image thresholding so it can detect the sperm heads. I was wondering if OpenCASA requires this as well or how it can detect the sperm heads.
Thank you,
Kind regards
Diego Moreno

Dear Diego,
We have detected a problem of compatibility of the OpenCASA with the
last version of the ImageJ, that will be solved in the future.
If you are intereseted, send me a video capture of your samples and I'll
check.
