Viability using eosin-negrosin for goat sperm

i try to get viability of my goat sperm using eosin-negrosin but the result is not realistic. Can anyone help me for this?
because there's a bias, the system don't detect the sperm but the other stain in picture

Hi,

I believe that the viability module expects fluorescence photographs, am I right, Jesús?

In any case, it seems that the area parameter is too small, since it is detecting small particles.

As Felipe said, the morhometric module of the OpenCASA only works using
fluorescent images of sperm heads, I'm sorry
