How do I share Flashcards with other on my team?

You could simply share the PowerPoint files

But they would also need to have the OpenCards software installed, correct? How can I just share the PPT as it is just the full slide (not in flashcard mode).

That is correct. Flashcards are defined in powerpoint. Open area is just presenting them as flashcards for spaced repetition.
