Hello,
Are we able to use OpenCards on iPad or iPhone? Thank you!

Unfortunately, OpenCards was designed as a Desktop application for
MacOS, Windows and Linux only. It is not possible to run it on
Ipad/iPhone, and I do not have time nor resources to develop such
functionality.
