I did a bit of research on this. I'm about to get kicked out of CfSF so let me know if you pick this up and I can maybe dump more state:

The 460 schedules D and E are going to be promising sources of this data. But we will have to fuzzy-match them to our spreadsheet because according to the netfile data as-of-now, there are no numbers yet.

It looks like Schedule D is for mostly recipient committee -> recipient committee kind of transfer (all the Entity_Cd are equal to COM).

In schedule E, though, there are actual expenses.
