Depends on what your problems with openwrt (and presumaly dd-wrt) are
with the hardware. The short answer however, is that if you can put
dd-wrt or openwrt on it, you can probably get $whatever running on it,
with a little work, just need to be sure it's got a non-JTAG unbrick
option or you're comfortable adding JTAG, and the *wrt wikis are
helpful there.
