As-Salaam-Alaikum Dear friend,

Happy New Year, wishing you all the very best in 2020, am Mubarak from Kuwait, I am Mining engineer, I have send you this letter because I seek for business partnership to establish a Joint Venture, small-scale gold mining in Ghana – Ghana is located West Africa, Gold Mining is money spinning business that are monopolized by wealthy people and accredited investors, The gold ore mining business is indeed a profitable business and i have always dreamed to own Gold mining concessions, through Chief Executive of the Ghana Chamber of Mines, Mr Sulemanu Koney , I was able to purchase 10 small scale mining concessions of 25 acres each at USD$12 Million Dollars from the landowners and Chiefs of the community ,

The concessions are currently at the level of the Minerals Commission and needs only a few steps to the licenses to be acquired. However title to the prospects has been attained,

The concessions are located in Western Region of Ghana in zone of high Mineralization. In between Goldfields, AngloGold and Gold Star, the prospects comprise 10 small scale mining concessions of 25 acres each. The concessions are not far from the Ankobra River and lie in an area that was mined centuries ago by the Ashanti nation in their war with the British. There are other prospects that have yet to be surveyed and appraised not far from these concessions.

The purchase of these concessions has limited my finance at the moment and for that reason I have contacted you for a joint venture to establish small scale mining company in Ghana that will start Gold mining in the acres of land, To have / establish the joint venture company, it requires incorporating our company that has two Directors, that is you and I , obtaining of the exploration License , Export License and purchases of Mining Equipments needed for the Gold exploration .

Have done researches appropriately, We will mine 23 carat Gold , 200 Kilograms of Gold out from the concessions every month , exported and sold at $45,000 for 1 KG , monthly income sales $USD9 Million dollars every month for 10 years .

Under sections 77 to 86 of the income Tax Act in Ghana, Act 896 treats income from mineral operations separately from other sources of income imposes a mineral income tax at rate of 35% on profits from mineral operations and Royalties payable to state at rate 5% , The Government tax liability for mining businesses is required to be calculated independently for each year assessment ,

In this joint venture, after every monthly sale, the company make income sale of $USD9 Million dollars every month, 50 % comes to me, 25% goes to you , 15% for Government Tax and Royalties , 10% for Labour salary payments and equipment maintenance , I look for to a joint venture with you in mining the Gold , Gold Mining is a reliable investment venture because value of gold keeps rising even while faced with economic crisis. Many individuals and companies are interested in starting their own gold mining business because of its continued popularity. This is more eminent in countries where there are gold to mine like Ghana .Businessmen and women are urged to start gold mining business due to the fact that it is much cheaper to produce, and they will gain more money once they’ve sold it.
