Patch: remove update-pciids from pandaboard build

Hello everyone,
I noticed that the update-pciids is broken (due to a wget option that isn't available, and the fact that lspci isn't there) and shouldn't be on an embedded platform so this patch removes it from the pandaboard flavour.
