Reporting problems

A couple of days ago I found a libcec folder compile issue that was fixed today and wanted to report it but I usually pull from http://git.openbricks.org/?p=openbricks.git;a=shortlog  but on that repo and also on the mercurial on http://hg.openbricks.org/openbricks/summary I couldn't see were to add a comment like I would on github.  Am I missing a login screen somewhere?
