Collaborative work depends on trust.

Who contributed?

Who gets credit?

Who helps the newcomer?

Jesus teaches humility.

That means Christian collaborators should share recognition freely, document openly, and resist turning knowledge into personal territory.

Christlike work does not erase excellence.

It frees excellence from ego.
