Openbravo ERP 3.0MP8.1 is available in the QA Approved status [1]

This is an emergency update which addresses these issues:

* 19857 [2]: OBPAttributeSearchItem's isDisabled function is not well defined
* 19858 [3]: The "Goods Shipment" selector it doesn't work properly
