These are some of the new features included in this release:
* Payment Report Improvements (PHASE II) [2] : Some additional info
will be included when exporting to excel, such as payment method,
payment date...
* APRM enhancements: Add payment details [3] : Add payment details
form should display the information grouped by invoice or order
depending on filtering criteria
During this release following modules were created:
* Dunning [4]: Definition of different statuses in dunning cycle and
events to trigger when getting a specific status or when transition
from a given status to another given status. Warning for new documents
when the BP is in dunning cycle in any of the expected payments.
Process which triggers notifications both for OB users (alerts) and BP
(email)
* Payment Aging Balance APR compatible [5]: which implements APR
compatibility to the ERP Payment Aging Balance Report. It, actually,
consists on a report that shwos pending receivables by concrete due
date ranges, defined by the user when launching it.
* Check Printing [6]: main purpose of this module is to enhance APRM
to allow printing of checks and provide a system to browse historical
data, in order to be able to print a check again if required. It,
also, provides an easy way for other modules to implement different
check printing formats, using the infrastructure created by check
printing module.
During this release following modules were updated:
* AEAT Modelo 347 [7], as part of the Spanish localization pack. This
new version implements the legal changes regarding this tax report.
Also support for APR operations has been implemented.
* AEAT Modelo 340 [8], as part of the Spanish localization pack. This
new version implements the legal changes required by Spanish
authorities.
Note: Because of a technical problem the appliances for MP8 are not
yet ready. They will be added as soon as they become available.
Meanwhile you can download previously published appliances and update
[9] them to this maintenance pack.
