Facial Alignment With Stasm and Procrustes Analysis

Dear All,

I am currently landmarking a series of images using:

br -algorithm "Open+Stasm" -enroll

My goal is to compare the landmark distances between many images so I need them to be relatively standardized with respect to one another

My question is: does Stasm or Openbr automatically do scaling/rotation of the landmarked images? 

I suspect that this is not the case because the distances differ depending on the relative sizes of the faces.

In this case, is there a way to go about adjusting all of these landmarked points to one reference image/set of landmarks?

I have read some literature utilizing procrustes analysis: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24110526

but how would I implement this through openbr?
