I thought of Open Bookmarks as possibly offering some interesting
ways to address the issue of academic citation in digital
publication. I even posted a comment suggesting that potential
connection.
I wanted to bring that thought here to see what others more
knowledgeable of open bookmarks think of this idea. Would this be a
welcomed expansion of the Open Bookmarks mission?
