Open Library change to book apis

Hi, Open Library recently made a switch from http to https, which broke the calls from OpenBook to the Open Library books apis. I contacted them and http is working again. Thanks Friso for the heads up and Anand for the quick fix. Things should be working fine again. Please post if you are having any issues. Thanks, John
