Int8 and BF16 are becoming popular in Machine learning (deep learning) domain as to facilitate quicker processing and smaller memory/disk footprint. Will openBLAS plan to support these 2 data type besides existing S/D/C/Z?

Hi Guobing,I think I don't have any plan about Int8 or BF16 yet.In next a few months, I am going to port OpenBLAS on RISC-V architecture.Xianyi
