Openbiz-cubi 3.0.9: Appbuilder Problem

Hi All,
being working for an Italian IT company, I'm trying to evaluate some of frameworks listed in PHP Framework site (see: http://matrix.include-once.org/framework/simple) and I downloaded last version of Openbiz-cubi and installed a fresh instance of Openbiz Cubi.
The platform look very robust and well-done, but as a developer I've noticed I'm not able to investigate and use the "AppBuilder " development environment because there's no module into the Zip or Exe files (I've tried to install in both ways!) and, at the same time, I'm not able to access the Openbiz Market to download and test my interested Apps.
To cut a long story short, why all this http://code.google.com/p/openbiz-appbuilder/ dosen't work for me? Have got you an idea? What am I doing wrong? Didn't I missed any important piece during my installation phase)? Any help would be appreciated.
